Clean modern hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Situated in a peaceful estate with ample open areas for children. Enjoyed a tasty basic breakfast and encountered courteous staff. Reasonable pricing made it a pleasant stay at Kolaahalam Mainland Resorts & Spa.
No extra mattress provided. Bed size discomfort for three.

Location is excellent. staffs behaviour is also good. but they are not trained properly.Morning breakfast is available at 8.30 AM only. it is little bit delaying our site seeing plan. food not that much delicious. but to stay it is amazing place.
The location and rooms are very neat and clean.Staffs are friendly. Mr.Mani is very good and friendly. very nice small guy. It is recommended to stay without taking food there.

My recent stay at a resort in Yercaud was a great experience. The rooms were clean and modern, with cozy beds that provided a comfortable night's sleep. The resort was set in a beautiful estate-like area, with plenty of open spaces for kids to enjoy and for guests to find some peace and quiet. The breakfast provided was basic but tasty, and the staff were always courteous and helpful. Considering the quality of the accommodation and the service, the price for our stay was reasonable. I had a good time and would recommend this hotel to others.

The resort's location is a real highlight, with its close proximity to the town center making it convenient for exploring. the rooms are well-decorated with lovely ambience, while the spa services are top-notch and very professional. the delicious breakfast is a real standout, with plenty of options to choose from to suit a range of tastes.
The cleanliness of the rooms leaves a lot to be desired, with issues such as dirty pillows and unhygienic bedsheets being frequently reported by guests.

The view from the room was amazing, it was the perfect spot to take in the beautiful natural scenery. The spa offered a fantastic experience, very professional and clean. Staff on duty were wonderful, always giving their best and making sure we had a great time.
Cleanliness in the rooms was poor with cobwebs around the lights and bedside, and used pillow covers that were smelly. Food options were limited and the portions were small, with soup served cold and spilled.

During my weekend getaway, I had an amazing time surrounded by nature. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. I particularly liked the complimentary breakfast and the welcome drinks that we received upon our arrival. the location was perfect for a peaceful retreat, as it is nestled in the midst of lush greenery and has a stunning view of the surrounding hills. there was a lovely outdoor area where we played sports and relaxed in the fresh air.
The service was a bit slow, and we had to wait for our requests longer than expected. the network signal was not very strong, which made it difficult to stay connected.
